Check the file format
• .gz: Extract the compressed archive first and upload the contained workout file.
• .gpx or .tcx: These are different activity-file formats. If you need a FIT file, use a suitable conversion tool or obtain the original .fit file from the athlete.
• .fit: If the file cannot be processed, it may be corrupted. Request a fresh export or the original workout file.
If the upload still fails
1. Try another copy of the original .fit file, if available.
2. Contact INSCYD Support through the chat or at [email protected] and describe the error.
3. Include the file and the error message when contacting Support, if appropriate.
