Managing Your Active Athlete Plan

Updated over 11 months ago

The Active Athlete Plan provides a flexible way to manage and monitor a specific number of athletes by utilizing test-based activations. Here's how the plan works and how to manage it effectively, including how to deactivate athletes.

Key Features of the Active Athlete Plan

  • Athlete Slots: Unlike volume plans that track usage based on the number of tests, the Active Athlete Plan allocates a specific number of slots for athletes. Each slot represents an athlete who is being actively monitored using test results.

  • Activation Items: Athletes are activated through "activation items." These items

    include:

    • Lactate Tests

    • PPD Tests

    • Manual Tests

    • Virtual Tests

Uploading any of these test types for an athlete will activate a slot for that athlete.

  • Minimum Active Period: Once a slot is activated by uploading a test, the minimum active period for the athlete is 3 months. If no further tests are uploaded for this athlete during the 3-month period, the athlete can be deactivated, freeing up the slot for a new athlete.

How to Deactivate an Athlete

After the minimum 3-month active period has passed, you can deactivate an athlete by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Manage Athlete" Section:

    • Go to the Manage Athlete section in your dashboard where all your active athletes are listed.

  2. Review Idle Time:

    • For each active athlete, you will see the remaining idle time. Make sure the athlete has completed the minimum 3-month active period. If the athlete has no new tests uploaded within this period, they are eligible for deactivation.

  3. Select the Athlete:

    • Click on "Edit" for the athlete you want to deactivate. This will open a detailed view of the athlete's settings.

  4. Deactivate the Athlete:

    • In the athlete's detail view, you will see a toggle buton to deactivate the athlete.

  5. Confirm Deactivation:

    • Click on the "Save" button to confirm the deactivation. Once confirmed, the slot will be released.

Adding More Active Athletes

  • If you have all available slots active (e.g., 5/5 slots) and need to activate another athlete, you can upload a test for the additional athlete. This will activate an exceed item, which will be charged for a minimum of 3 months.

  • After the 3-month period, the exceed item can also be deactivated if no further tests are uploaded, freeing up the slot and stopping further charges.

Managing Plans with Both Volume and Active Athlete Components

If you're using a combination of a volume plan and an active athlete plan, it's important to assign tests correctly to the appropriate plan:

  • When uploading a test for an athlete, you will be prompted to assign the test to either the volume plan or the active athlete plan.

  • After the test is accepted, a dropdown menu will appear, allowing you to select the plan to which the test should be assigned.

Summary

  • Athletes are activated by uploading test results, with a minimum activation period of 3 months.

  • After the 3-month period, athletes can be deactivated in the Manage Athlete section.

  • Users can review remaining idle time for each athlete to know when deactivation is possible.

  • For users with both volume and active athlete plans, tests must be assigned to the correct plan during upload.

By efficiently managing your test uploads and athlete deactivations, you can ensure optimal use of your Active Athlete Plan.
