However, recognizing the need for personalization, the feature also allows users to create and use their own custom texts. These custom texts are managed within the PDF Report Texts page in the settings section of the software.
How to Use the PDF Report Texts Feature
Accessing the PDF Report Texts Page
Navigate to the settings section of the software and locate the PDF Report Texts page. Here, you can view, create, and manage your custom explanation texts.
Creating Custom Explanation Texts
On the PDF Report Texts page, draft your desired texts for each section of the report.
Save the texts to make them available for use in your reports.
Generating a PDF Report
Select a report template in your specific language.
The system will generate a preview of the report, displaying the default explanation texts for each section.
Switching Between Default and Custom Texts
In the header of the PDF report preview, use the toggle button to switch between the default explanation texts provided by INSCYD and your own custom texts.
Once your desired text option is selected, finalize and share the PDF report with your athlete.
