Configuring Performance Benchmarks, Metabolic Fingerprint & Developement Chart

Updated over 4 months ago

The Visualization feature allows you to tailor the data displayed in your Athlete Performance Center, ensuring insights are customized to match specific sports, athletes, and training goals. By focusing only on the most relevant metrics, this feature eliminates distractions and delivers actionable insights that serve a clear purpose.

The Visualization page is divided into three key sections:

  1. Physiological Performance Benchmarks

  2. Metabolic Fingerprint

  3. Performance Development

Physiological Performance Benchmarks

This section allows you to configure metrics for all sports activated in your account. Follow these steps to customize:

  1. Select Sport and Metric: At the top of the page, choose the sport and the metric you want to configure.

  2. Meta Chart Configuration: Below the selection, you will find the meta chart for the chosen metric. Here, you can:

    • Decide which metrics to display on the chart.

    • Choose up to three different data rows to show below the chart.

  3. Performance Limits: Review and adjust performance limits for male and female athletes in the three default athlete categories. If you have created additional categories using the Custom Athlete Category feature, set the upper and lower limits for these categories. The standard deviation is calculated automatically.

  4. Benchmark Visibility: At the bottom of the page:

    • Select whether this metric should appear in the Physiological Performance Benchmarks for the chosen sport.

    • Preview how the configured benchmarks will appear in the Athlete Performance Center.

Metabolic Fingerprint

The configuration process for Metabolic Fingerprint is similar to Physiological Performance Benchmarks:

  1. Select Sport and Metric: Choose the sport and metric you want to configure from the top of the page.

  2. Radar Chart Configuration: Below the selection, you’ll find a radar chart. Here, you can:

    • Configure up to three data angles for the selected metric.

  3. Performance Limits: Review and adjust the performance limits for the three default athlete categories, and configure additional categories as needed. Changes to performance limits for one metric will automatically apply to both the Metabolic Fingerprint and Physiological Performance Benchmarks.

  4. Preview: At the bottom of the page, preview how the Metabolic Fingerprint will appear in the Athlete Performance Center.

Performance Development

The Performance Development Chart helps you visualize changes in athletic performance over time using fully customizable, sport-specific graphs. You can configure what metrics are shown, how they're displayed, and how time is represented—giving you complete control over your data insights.
