How to Generate a Report
Navigate to the Analysis Dashboard (Z Card)
Click Generate Report
The new PDF report will be generated with the updated design
Customizing the Report
To access customization options:
Click Configure Report
You will now see multiple configuration layers:
1. Templates
Choose from pre-built templates
Or create and save your own templates
Templates define:
Structure (pages)

Level of detail

1. Editing & customization
How do I customize the report?
Click on Configure report to change templates, colors, language and settings.
Can I change the template?
Yes, you can switch between available templates in the configuration panel or create your own.
Can I reorder pages?
Yes, you can drag and drop pages in the Outline panel to change their order.
How do I add new pages?
Click + Insert page here and select the page you want to add.
How do I delete a page?
Select a page in the Outline and click the bin icon, or hover over the page and click the cross icon in the top right corner.
Can I add multiple pages (e.g. Training Zones)?
Yes, you can add and combine different page types in your report.
2. Text & content
Can I edit the text in the report?
Yes, you can edit text directly in the report by hovering and clicking to pen icon.
Is there a limit to how much text I can add?
Text fields have some limitations. For longer notes, we recommend to add a custom page where you can add your text.
Can I customize the layout of the report?
Yes, you can now choose from different page layouts, including options with larger graphs.
Can I focus the report on specific metrics?
Yes, you can add dedicated pages for specific data groups, such as metabolic demand, aerobic and anaerobic metrics, lactate accumulation and recovery, and anaerobic threshold.
3. Branding
Can I add my logo?
Yes, you can upload your logo in your profile, and it will be automatically applied to your reports.
Can I match report colors to my brand?
Yes, you can customize colors or extract them from your logo.
Can I change the cover image?
Currently, the cover image is fixed. Custom cover options may be added later.
4. Export & saving
How do I export the report?
Click Generate PDF to export your report.
How do I save my template?
If you make changes to your report, you’ll see an “Unsaved changes” indicator at the top.
Go to Configure report and click Save template to save your current setup
5. Switching to the new PDF report
Can I still use the old PDF report?
Yes, you can continue using the old version until 1. Juni 2026
Will the old PDF report be removed?
Yes, the old version will be discontinued after 1. Juni 2026
Why should I switch to the new PDF report?
The new version provides improved customization, flexible layouts, and better control over your report content.
What happens to my custom text from Settings → Customization→ PDF Report Texts?
If you added custom text in the old PDF report (Settings → Customization→ PDF Report Texts), please make sure to save and transfer it. This option will be removed, and your existing notes will not be migrated automatically.
