Copy and customize a template
1. Open Training Zone Builder from the shortcut on Home or through Tests. Alternatively, open a test and go to Training Zones.
2. Select the template you want to use.
3. For a global INSCYD default template shown under Training Zones in a test, click Clone and Edit to create your own editable copy.
4. Adjust the template name, zone limits, colors or other available settings, then save your changes.
You can access and customize training zone templates while viewing an athlete’s test.
Global INSCYD templates cannot be edited directly. Use Clone and Edit to customize a copy; your own templates can be edited directly.
